How our shade sail is produced

Extrusion

Our machines are controlled by computer, which can control the speed and temperature exactly and stably.

weaving

The max width of our weaving machines could be 9 m. And the weight could be 140g-220g. It could meet most requirements of the clients in the world.

cutting

Cutting is very important. The cutting process need consider the shape, size and sewing. The most suitable process can reduce the material waste.

sewing

We use the double needle sewing machine for sewing, the edges are very neat and nice. And every stitch is a dead knot, which prevents open threads. After sewing we also need to cut off the joints.
