The cherry cover is used for rain protection for fruit trees, such as cherry. It is very popular in Chile,  Australia, New Zealand, Italy, etc. This kind of cherry cover is the normal type, the grommet could be aluminum or brass.

The heavy duty cherry cover has the same function with cherry cover. It has higher strength because the selvage is sewed with webbing around. it is suitable in the terrible conditions, such as strong wind. The grommet would be brass.

We have 9 extrusion production lines

Our machines are controlled by computer, which can control the speed and temperature exactly and stably.

weaving

We have 30+ weaving machines for fabric

We have a separate weaving workshop specialising in the production of a wide range of woven fabrics. These cherry rain covers are produced from this woven fabric.

fabric coating

HDPE film coating

The fabric should be coated after weaving, then it is waterproof. 他To increase the service time, we will add the UV into the coating film. The film could be transparent or other colors.

grommet holing

grommets 250 or 500mm apart

To make installation easier, grommets need to be fitted all around the cherry covers. These grommets can be made of aluminium or brass. The brass grommet has the higher strength.
