We have an independent workshop for raschel woven machines. There are over 30 machines, the max width would be 6m and 12m.
The nets with different weight would be produced by different machines. And the application is also different. The nets of 30-100g would be used for crops in agriculture, and the nets of 100-250g would be used for garden.
To meet different requirements, our nets could be packed by roll or piece. It could be packed in plastic bag and CTN.

Raw Material
The raw material we choose is made by Sinopec, the best one in China.
Extrusion
To get the stable thickness and strength of thread, we need control the extrusion process strictly.
Weaving
The suitable process and machine could make the nets smooth. The colorful selvage could be designed.
Rolling
The nets would be packed by small roll or piece, the length per roll would be 50m or 100m.
Packing
The nets would be put into the plastic bag each roll with the designed label inside.
Shipping
The rolls of net will be loaded into the container. The nets in one 40′ container is about 12 tons.
