We have an independent workshop for sewing works, just for the sports net and nets for garden, such as football net, baseball net, tennis net, golf net, volleyball net, badminton net, shade sail, privacy screen, etc.
Most of our clients is e-commerce, who has its online shop in its website or in Amazon, Ebay, Lazada, Shopee, Wish, Walmart, etc.
So the details of products are all different. All the products could be packed independently by CTN. To reduce the cost of shipping and storage, the CTN would be as small as possible.

the oxford fabric will be cutted in special shape as designed.
Sewing
The workers sew the nets and fabric together.
Inspection
The quality will check the products after sewing, and cut the joints off.
Packing
All the parts will be put into the independent CTN or bags.
Warehouse
The labels or ship marks will be put on the CTN for shipping.

Sewing

- Two-needle sewing - they are all two-needle sewing machines, it could make the sewing more beautiful.
- Joints - After sewing, we will cut all the joints off.
size control
- Process - The technical team will make the process of cutting and sewing for each part of the nets.
- Size Measurement - After sewing, our quality team will measure the size.
- Installation test - The quality team will install some of them to check whether it is good in appearance.
Webbing
- Produced by ourselves - To control the quality of webbing, all of them is produced by ourselves.
- Customized - The thickness, width and color could be customized for you.
Bungee Cord
- Produced by ourselves - To control the quality of bungee cord, all of them is produced by ourselves.
- Customized - The dimater and color could be customized for you.
Powder Painting
- powder painting line - To improve the quality of painting, all of our tube or stick is painted in our powder painting line.
- Color customized - We can do any colors based on the pantone number or RGB value.
- Coating thickness - The thickness would be 20um at least, it could be customized as your requirements.
Packing
- By CTN - All the product could be packed independently by piece.
- Special design box - To ensure the smallest volumn, the CTN could be designed for different products.
- Printing - The shipmarks, slogan, labels could be printed on the CTN.
