Braided
The thread will be braided by the braided machines before weaving.
weaving
The braided lines will be woven into nets by the weaving machines.
Heat setting
The fishing net after weaving need be strengthen by length way or depth way. it could make the knot tighter.
packing
The braided net will be put into a plastic bag, and the labels will be put inside together.

How to choose the nets

Material
- HDPE - is the most popular choice in the market, it has better abrasion resistance, so it is usually used as nets for bottom trawling, or the outer net of fish cage.
- Nylon - it is softer than HDPE braided net, so it is suitable to be used as the inner net of trawling net or fish cages. it is also could be used as sports net.
The main application of HDPE braided net is the trawling net. And more people choose nylon for the fish cage and sports.
For marine barrier, HDPE is smooth, It can effectively reduce the attachment of marine organisms.

Twine

- Single twine & Double twine - in the production, the max diameter of single twine is 12mm, but for double twine, we can produce 12x2, it has higher strength to meet the requirements of clients.
Mesh size
- Range - the normal range of mesh size is 30mm - 1600mm.
- Outer net - If it is used as outer net of trawling net and fish cage, the mesh size should be a little larger than the inner net.
- Twine - The mesh size should march the twine. The twine is thicker, the mesh size should be bigger.
- Cost - The mesh size is smaller, the weight would be heavier, so the cost would be higher.
- Policy - for fishing net, there is the policy about the minum mesh size in every coutry.
- Impact - for marine barrier, the mesh size is smaller, the impact or resistance of water flow would be higher.
Length & depth strength
- Length strength - it is stretched in length way during heat setting.
- Depth strength - the fishing net will be stretched in depth way during heat setting. This is the most popular choice for trawling net.
