Fiber
The fiber we choose is the best in China. the strength would be 8.0-8.5g/d. Most of supplier choose 6.5-7.0g/d.
weaving
The twine will be woven into the knotless net by the raschel weaving machines.
Heat setting
The fishing net after weaving need be strengthen by length way or depth way.
packing

How to choose the nets

Material
- HDPE - the HDPE knotless net is usually used in fish cage, sports net, safety net, bird net and water barrier, it is the cheapest material in the list. It is the choice for the people who is sensitive to price, but not so much to properties.
- Nylon - is the most popular choice for purse seine net, the biggest advantage is that it has best water absorption, which can make the net sinked fast during fishing. It is also widely used in fish cage, because it is soft enough that it can not hurt the fish inside.

Twine
- HDPE - The normal range of twine is 250d-380d, we can produce 3ply - 1500ply.
- Nylon - The most popular twine is 210d, the normal range is about 210d/3ply - 210d/1500ply.
- Polyester - The popular twine is 210d and 250d, we can produce 3ply - 1500ply.
Mesh size
- Range - The normal mesh size would be 5mm - 1000mm.
- Fish - it depends on the size of fish you want to catch.
- Twine - The mesh size should march the twine. The twine is thicker, the mesh size should be bigger.
- Production - there is the minum mesh size in the production for each twine. it is difficult to produce the small mesh size if the twine is very thick.
