Nylon multi mono net is a type of fishing net, construct with several mono lines twisted together.
Compared to the monofilanent net and multifilament net, the multi mono net is woven by a twine, which is twisted by several mono lines, such as 0.15 x 6, 0.20 x 3, etc

Production of multi mono net
The multi mono net is produced by many steps, including the extrusion, twisting, weaving, heat setting and packing.
Extrusion

Twisting
The thread will be twisted by twisting machines. Outstanding machines and suitable process could reduce the strength lost.
weaving
The twisted thread will be woven into net by weaving machines. To reduce the strength lost, the weaving machines for thread in different size will be different.
Length strength
The net will be strengthen in length way in this step, as usual, the net will be treated with resin to have different properties.
depth strength
If the net is depth strength, the net will be strengthen in depth way after length strength. The knot will be tigher after twice heat setting.
Packing
The nylon monofilament net will be packed into a plastic bag by piece. Several pieces net will be packed into a big plastic bag for shipping.

Mesh size

Colors
- Color of net - The most popular choice is transparent(natural white), some other fishermen prefer green, blue, yellow, gray, etc.
