Extrusion
The raw material is 100% HDPE, it will be extruded into filaments or strand by our extrusion machines.
Twisting
As usual, every 3ply filaments or strands will be twisted into twine by twisting machines.
weaving
The twine after twisting will be woven into net with diamond mesh by weaving machines.
Heat setting
The fishing net after weaving need be strengthen by length way or depth way. it could make the knot tighter.
packing
The twisted net will be put into a plastic bag, and the labels will be put inside together.
