The weaving of shade cloth is as same as the nets used in agriculture. After that, we will cut the nets by pieces in many different shape, and sew the selvages around, some of them would be sewed by webbing, it can increase the strength. There are alumium and brass grommets or rings to choose.
There are many kinds of colors and size to choose, all of them could be customized, including the logo and label.

Extrusion
To produce the high strength thread, we use the outstanding extrusion process.
Weaving
the shade net would be woven by the weaving machine, the max width would be 9m.
Cutting
The shade net would be cut into different size and shapes
sewing
The shade cloth in different size and shapes would be sewed with rings and webbing.
Packing
it would be packed by pieces in CTN or independent plastic bag as required
Shipping
All the SKU and quantity would be shipped by the plan. the same SKU is stacked together.
